Shipping Policy

The goal of Dr. Kimberly Polite is to provide access to creative and useful business style and training products and tools 24 hours-a-day via this website. Normal order processing time is between 7 to 10 business days (in most cases, much sooner). Delays may occur for weather or other unforeseen logistics. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping is fulfilled by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight of the item(s) or size of box(es).   

Shipments that are refused or not deliverable will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction, and insurance fees. Any shipments returned "REFUSED" for any reason will be permanently dropped as a client and no further shipments will be made. 

International Customers - Books and digital products are processed on various platforms. Appropriate links will be provided on respective product pages. 

Exchange Policy

If a product has a defect or is damaged during transit, please notify us of your need to exchange it or them within 48 hours from receipt of merchandise to receive credit for that exchange for a product of equal or lesser value. Returns are only processed one time per product per customer. You must send an email with a picture of the damaged product, your name, invoice number, and reason for exchange prior to returning the package to kim@drkimpolite.com . You will then receive an exchange approval # number. DO NOT send an exchange without approval first. The customer is responsible for return/exchange packaging and postage. We do not accept used or worn products for return. Products must be returned in the original packaging and unused. It is the sole discretion of our store to examine all exchange products for exchange approval. 

Refused, unclaimed, or not deliverable orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee from the total invoice amount in addition to the shipping charges for both ways.


We reserve the right to correct any errors found in our website price list, catalog, or invoice.
